Kanda's Tuna Traemon offers a hearty menu of grilled dishes.
The menu item in the photo is "Sendai's Famous Beef Tongue Aburi-yaki". Tender beef tongue is seared and grilled. Please enjoy it with the accompanying yuzu kosho (citrus pepper) on top.
Teppanyaki Zabuton Beef Steak is another recommended dish. Zabuton is a part of beef shoulder, characterized by its fine marbling and tenderness. Enjoy the umami-rich zabuton grilled on the teppan and tossed with garlic sauce.
