神田のまぐろトラエモンでは、冷えたビールやサワーによく合う揚物メニューをお楽しみいただけます。
なかでも、創業当初から愛され続けている「本鮪レアかつ」は、当店を代表する一番人気メニュー。上質な本鮪をレアな状態でさっと揚げ、おろしポン酢でさっぱりと仕上げたひと品です。
この他にも、鮪の尾を使った「鮪南蛮　自家製タルタル」や、こりこり食感にお酒が進む「ヤゲン軟骨揚げ」、ジューシーな「若鶏の唐揚げ」など、さまざまなメニューをご提供しています。
