生のアジがお好きな方は「鯵姿造り」をどうぞ。オーダーが入ってから捌く鮮度抜群の逸品。脂の乗った鯵は風味が抜群！ねぎやしょうが、わさび、レモンなど薬味をいろいろ添えてお持ちいたします。お好みの組み合わせを探してみてくださいね。
