ほかのお店ではあまり出会うことができない個性派おつまみが楽しみたい方は、『鮪のチャンジャ』はいかがでしょうか。チャンジャは韓国の珍味のひとつで、鮪の内臓を唐辛子やニンニク、コチュジャンなどの調味料と合わせて作る塩辛です。独特の味わいとごま油の香り、香辛料のピリ辛さなど複雑な要素が絡み合う、奥深い味わいがポイント。お酒をちびりちびりと楽しみたいときに最適なおつまみ。生ビールにもよく合いますよ。
