魚介やお肉を使ったジューシーな炙り

火入れをすることでジューシーに仕上げた、ボリュームたっぷりの炙り系メニューをそろえました。柚子胡椒を乗せて食べる仙台名物牛タン炙り焼きや、ガーリックソースがやみつきになるやわらかい鉄板焼きざぶとん牛ステーキ、柔らかい若鶏と長葱に鮪の酒盗を乗せて焼き上げた鉄板焼きをご用意しております。

脂がたっぷりの肉厚の厳選ホッケ開き干しの炙り焼きや、肉厚でふっくらジューシーな脂のりも抜群のサバ一夜干し炙り焼きもございます。

お酒がどんどん進むフライ系メニュー

テーブルにひとつほしい！フライ系のメニューも充実させました。おろしポン酢で食べる鮪レアかつや、こりこり食感がたまらないヤゲン軟骨揚げ、鮪の尾を使った南蛮自家製タルタルや、定番のポテトフライ、若鶏の唐揚げ、たこの唐揚げをご用意しております。
