「赤身コース」では、メインディッシュにローストポークと春野菜のソテー〜木の芽のソース〜をご用意しております。春野菜と豚肉の旨味が存分に楽しめる当店自慢の一品をお楽しみください。メインディッシュ以外にも、本鮪入り！刺身三種盛り合わせや、お酒がすすむ若鶏梅しそ巻きと鱚の天麩羅、鮪のしぐれ煮ご飯と、ボリューム満点のお料理構成となっております。
