赤身とトロが入り混ざる、中トロの鮮やかな断面が美しい一皿です。場所により脂の入りからも変化し、食べすすむごとに味わいに変化が。塩や薬味を添えておりますので、自分好みにお楽しみいただけましたら幸いです。
