新鮮なマグロを1本買いしている当店で、マグロのさまざまな部位をお楽しみください。

・背（かみ・なか・しも）
中トロと呼ばれる部位です。しもにいくにつれて脂が薄くなるため、口あたりがよくなります。断面刺しで存分にお楽しみください。

・赤身
マグロ定番の部位です。マグロ本来の旨みが楽しみたいという方におすすめです。

・腹（かみ・なか・しも）
大トロが1番取れる部位です。脂の強さが特徴となっています。

・脳天（鉢の身）
1頭から0.5%しか取れない大変希少な部位です。

・ほほ肉
ほほ肉も希少部位です。フライやステーキにしてご提供しています。
