ボリュームたっぷりの焼き物メニュー

神田のまぐろトラエモンでは、ボリュームたっぷりの焼き物メニューをご用意しています。
写真のメニューは「仙台名物牛タン炙り焼き」です。柔らかい食感の牛タンを炙り焼きにしたひと品。添えられた柚子胡椒を乗せてお召し上がりください。
また、「鉄板焼き　ざぶとん牛ステーキ」もおすすめのひと品。ざぶとんとは牛の肩ロースの一部にあたる部位で、きめ細かい霜降りとやわらかさが特徴です。うまみたっぷりのざぶとんを鉄板で焼き上げ、ガーリックソースと絡めてお楽しみください。

箸休めのサラダメニューもおすすめです

当店では、箸休めのサラダメニューもご提供しています。
暑い夏に一押しなのが「がりトマト」。よく冷えたトマトにガリを乗せた、シンプルなひと品です。さっぱりとした味わいは焼き物メニューとも相性抜群！　夏バテ気分を吹き飛ばすおすすめメニューです。
