At Kanda's Tuna Traemon, you can enjoy a menu of fried dishes that go well with a cold beer or sour.
The "Rare cutlet in tuna", which has been loved by customers since the establishment of the restaurant, is our most popular menu item. It is made by quickly deep-frying high-quality tuna in a rare state, and then adding grated ponzu (Japanese sauce made from grated ponzu citrus juice) for a refreshing taste.
Other menu items include "Tuna Nanban with Homemade Tartar" made with tuna tail, "Deep-fried Yagen Cartilage" that makes you want to drink more sake due to its firm texture, and juicy "Deep-fried Young Chicken".
