ひとくちにマグロといっても、部位によってあじわいが大きく異なります。お好きな部位はありますか？「本鮪特選五種盛り合わせ」は、マグロを部位ごとに食べ比べて楽しめるアトラクション性の高いメニューです。登場する5種類は、赤身・中トロ・大トロに加えて希少部位を２種類。脂がのったトロットロのマグロ、あっさりとおいしく旨みたっぷりのマグロなどマグロの奥深い世界をどうぞお楽しみください。希少部位が2種類も楽しめるのは、マグロにこだわる当店ならではですよね。

 

お酒がすすむピリ辛味

ピリリと辛いマグロのおつまみが「マグロのチャンジャ和え」です。コチュジャンの甘みとピリッとした辛みがクセになると評判です。キンキンに冷えた生ビールと一緒に楽しめば、最高のおつまみになること間違いなしです。

温かいおつまみがお好きな方には、「本鮪のちょこっとねぎま鍋」もおすすめ。本鮪のとろける部位に長葱を合わせて風味良く。何度でも食べたくなると評判の小鍋です。暑い夏にはクーラーのきいたお店でお鍋が最高ですよ！
