鮪をはじめとした新鮮な魚介類を使ったおいしい料理が楽しめる「神田のまぐろトラエモン」。当店では、お酒にぴったりのおいしいおつまみメニューや、サラダメニューもご用意しております。

お酒がどんどん進むおいしいおつまみメニュー

お酒にぴったりの、おいしいおつまみメニューを各種ご用意しております。ピリ辛の自家製極み鮪味噌で食べるやみつきピーマンや、定番のゆでたて枝豆、サメの軟骨を梅肉で和えた梅水晶、和風だしで味付けをした、柔らかい食感が特徴のうずら味玉、鮪の酒盗とまろやかなチーズを合わせたマグロの酒盗チーズをそろえました。

 

ほかにもコチュジャンのピリッとした辛さと甘みの両方が楽しめるマグロのチャンジャ和えや、あっさりとした出汁で漬けた胡瓜1本漬、味わいの深い薬味たっぷり冷奴をご用意しました。

 

お酒のアクセントにもぴったりのサラダ

お酒のあてにも、お料理のアクセントにもぴったりのサラダもご用意しました。鯖缶を使用したサバ缶サラダや、特製のツナポテトサラダをあおさ海苔で包んだとらえもんツナポテトサラダや、鮮魚と豆腐、新鮮野菜にわさびドレッシングをかけた豆腐と海鮮の和風サラダ、ほかにもがりトマト、チョレギサラダをご用意しました。
