トマトが甘い！

冷やしトマトはさっぱり系の代表的なメニューですが、さらに進化したのが当店の「がりトマト」です。冷やしトマトにピンク色が美しいガリを添えています。さわやかな辛みと酸味、甘みのバランスで口のなかをさっぱりさせてくれますよ。ガリの辛みでトマトがより甘く感じられます。

一度食べたらやみつきになると評判で、リピーター様がとても多い人気メニューです。

 

爽やかな香りが広がる

爽やかな香りが特徴の野菜といえば、セロリを思い浮かべる方も多いのでは？独特の香りとシャキシャキした食感がおいしいセロリを主役に使った一品が「セロリと胡瓜と味噌とマヨネーズ」です。味噌とマヨネーズは混ぜずにお持ちいたします。お好きなほうをディップして食べ比べていただくのもOK！混ぜて濃厚な味わいをお楽しみいただくのもおすすめです。
