こんなお刺身みたいことないと驚かれることが多いのが、「本鮪の断面刺し」です。断層のようなきれいなカット面に見惚れてください。本鮪の断面刺しは、背（赤身）・腹・腹カミの3部位に分けてオーダーしていただけます。背1,900円（税込）、腹     2,600円（税込）、腹カミ3,500円（税込)となっております。自慢の日本酒やビール、焼酎などと一緒にお召しあがりいただければ、さらにおいしくお召しあがりいただけますよ。ぜひご検討ください。
