マグロをカツにしてみました！

居酒屋の定番「カツ」を当店では特選素材のマグロを使ってみました。火を通し過ぎると食感が変わるマグロを「レア」にすることでマグロの持つ本来の食感を活かしつつ、カツならではのザックリとした衣を楽しめる逸品となっております。レモンや特製のタレを付けて、当店自慢の「マグロのレアカツ」を一度試してみてくださいね。

秘伝の漬けダレで仕上げたこだわりの漬けマグロにアツアツの出汁をかけて召し上がる「鮪の漬け茶漬け」は当店のマグロ尽くしのお食事を締めるのにぴったりな創作料理です。熱い出汁をかけることでマグロの身にほんの少し火が通り、より一層マグロの味わいが引き立ちます。
